1. Raw material quality control
When using aluminum foil scraps as raw materials, you must first select the foil, pick out the oxide foil, and separate the aluminum foils of different thicknesses to ensure the uniform thickness of the raw materials. When using aluminum ingots as raw materials, ensure that there is no oxide and uniform particle size.
2. Ball mill (please use a professional aluminum powder ball mill)
Put the screened aluminum foil or aluminum particles and the aqueous solution of various additives with oil into the ball mill for grinding. During the grinding process, the temperature inside the machine should be strictly controlled. If the temperature is too high, it can be adjusted with water cooling. Stop the machine when the material fineness reaches the requirement. The milling aid used can make the ball milling process without sticking the ball, and the powder and the powder will not stick, so that the ball milling can proceed smoothly. The water powder can uniformly disperse the aluminum powder in the aqueous solution, which is convenient for grinding. The chemical and corrosion inhibitor can prevent the chemical reaction between aluminum powder and water. The coating agent can prevent the aluminum powder from being oxidized in the ball mill when it comes into contact with air and reacting with water, that is, the aluminum powder is wrapped. The detergent is washed off by the oxide in the ball mill, and the quality of the product is mentioned.
3. Discharge
After the ball mill is stopped, immediately add the pre-prepared discharging liquid into the machine, turn it on and run for 3~5 minutes to dilute the material in the machine, and then use the discharging machine to suck the material into the temporary storage tank. Then use 30-50kg of clean water to rinse the remaining material in the machine.
4. Dehydration
