    Nowadays, the general-purpose special pigments for plastics are divided into two forms, one is toner (colored powder), the other is masterbatch, which is simply understood as colored particles, here the particles are one kind The carrier is to let the color adhere to the carrier, and then cooperate with the plastic to achieve the purpose of toning! Color masterbatches are divided into many kinds of carriers. PE, PP, EVA can all be used as carriers for plastic pigments! The advantage of this is that the pigment can be evenly distributed in the plastic particles, and the toner is relatively fine, so there will be sinking phenomenon and cause color difference! Of course, toner and masterbatch have their own advantages, and their purpose is to make the plastic better colored. A plastic coloring agent made of a high proportion of pigments or additives and thermoplastic resins well dispersed. The selected resin has a good wetting and dispersing effect on the coloring agent, and has good compatibility with the material to be colored. Namely: pigment + carrier + additive = masterbatch. Generally, in the production of thermoplastic products, color masterbatches of different colors are added as required. The proportion of different materials and different colors is not the same, generally not more than 10%.

    Used in the plastic masterbatch industry, in which the strip aluminum powder can be directly used in the plastic industry;
    Used in calender molding, blow molding, extrusion molding, injection molding, masterbatch manufacturing;
    The plastic materials used include: PE, PP, PS, ABS, PVC, TPE, PC, etc.
    How to use: It is recommended to add 0.5%-5% (or increase or decrease according to the effect), and directly add it to the plastic in proportion to use, without drying. It will be more effective when it is pelletized and made into masterbatch.
